I attended Jackson State University and graduated in 1973 with a BS in American History. I later attended the University of Southern Mississippi where I received my Masters in Black American History in August of 1987. My hobbies are quiltting , doll making , dancing and exercising.
I am the 4th of five children born to late Mr. Richard Williams and Mrs. Margie Williams; 4 girls and one boy (Clemmie, Hattie, Veola and Clinton). I have 4 neices( Tunga , Sharra, Wendy and Ashley), 4 nephews (James, Andare, Bennie and Thomas), 3 great neices (Ashia, Jamiyah and Alexis), and 5 great nephews (Jaylon, JaMarkis, Justin, Bryce, and Marquis). My oldest neices Tunga was born the year I graduated from Rowan and to my surprise she received her high school diploma in May of 1987 from Hattiesburg High School and the same day my baby sister Veola received her Radiology Degree in 1987 and in August of 1987 I received my masters. After graduating from Hattiesburg High my second neices Sharra joined the Air Force and my second nephew joined the Army.
